Updates from Foster Home:
Pupdate 1: Meet Mama Little Bit. She had 10 puppies down in Louisiana and made her journey to Wisconsin to find her forever family. Little Bit is settling into life at our house and is one the sweetest dogs we have ever had. She was a little timid when we first got her, but in a short amount of time her personality has begun to shine. She loves snuggling, hanging out in the back yard, and playing with our resident dog. She’s crate-trained, potty trained, and is pretty easy dog overall. She's medium energy and loves to chase after the tennis ball in the back yard. Naps next to her foster dad are a frequent occurrence after she's gotten her exercise. She spends the day loose in the house with our resident dog and we haven’t had any problems. Often, we’ll come back and she’s in her crate with the door open just hanging out. While Little Bit is not a chewer, we often find slippers or socks in her bed that she’s accumulated throughout the day – we think she just misses us during the day or perhaps she thinks she’s being helpful cleaning up around the house.
She’d do well in most homes with lots of love and attention to give (we haven’t seen her with kids, but we think she would do fine with respectful children) and could go to a first time or experienced dog owner.
