Updates from Foster Home:
Pupdate 1: Kayla goes out about 5 am to potty, she eats, then we go for a short walk to poop. She then rough houses with our resident dog until they are both tired and sleeping on the couch. I leave for work around 7 am and she goes in her kennel for the day which she does great in. My husband gets home around 4 PM and lets her out potty and feeds her. I get home around 7pm and we go for a 2 to 3 mile walk, then some down time and then bed (she sleeps in her kennel). She loves people! No experience with kids.
She has been medium energy. We take her for a long walk because of our high energy dog but she probably doesn't need it to be quite as long. She does need work on her leash skills. From the beginning she has been a napper/snuggler. She will play rough with our dog but she is overall pretty quiet. She was a little snippy on the first couple interactions with our dog. It took a couple days before she stopped doing it and now they are fine. She chases our cats but listens to us when we correct her. We have never left her alone unless she is in her crate. She has chewed up a couple things she shouldnt have while we are in the house so we dont trust her.
