King is the "king" of cuddles - get it?!

Updates from King's Foster Home:

Pupdate 3: Sweet King has been doing so well! He is such a good, well behaved boy and while he still loves snuggling his new favorite activity is laying in a sunbeam and playing with his toys in the yard.  He has some food allergies, and the vet thinks that the food allergies likely explain any of his previous health concerns (anemia and hypothyroidism). Thus, these shouldn't be issues for King anymore as he transitions to his new diet! A thyroid re-check in a month will tell for sure.

Do you have room in your heart for this love-bug? He is waiting anxiously for his forever home. This guy will promise one thing, if you open your heart to him you will always have a sweet face greeting you at the door, a warm body to snuggle with, and a pup who will love you unconditionally

Pupdate 2: King has been with us now for a week and he is the best behaved, cuddliest guy. He is a sweet older gent who loves nothing than to keep your feet warm or cuddle up. He is dashingly handsome, good with kids, good with other low-energy dogs, crate trained (but also very good outside his crate), potty trained. He likes to go for short walks but also does not need a lot of exercise. He came to us quite thin, and is working on gaining weight, but has the appetite of a horse so we don't think that will be a problem. He would love nothing more than to be your forever best friend.

Pupdate 1: King is a great older guy! This dog has so much love to give. He loves everyone. Especially kids. He's great with other dogs. No cats though please.

King is crate trained but prefers to be out, by the looks of his elbows and his grinder down teeth, he spent a good portion of his life in one and desperately tried to eat his way out.

He has recently been diagnosed with anemia and Hypothyroidism and has just started medication. His energy level should get better and his coat should get much nicer as well.

He likes to go on short walks and is good on a leash. Do you have a place for this sweetheart to live out his senior years?
